Acts as an insect growth regulator (IGR) that inhibits chitin synthesis, preventing larvae from molting into the next life stage. Breaks the insect life cycle by stopping development at the larval stage. Rapid Action: Larvae stop feeding within 2-3 hours of ingestion and die within 2-3 days. Resistance Management: Effective against insects resistant to organophosphates, carbamates, and pyrethroid insecticides. Early Maturity: Accelerates crop maturity by 8-10 days in cabbage/cauliflower and 10-12 days in cotton, with uniform boll opening.
