Daman is a natural bio-insecticide in a Wettable Powder formulation that contains Entomopathogenic Fungi. It is a natural agent that keeps the environment safe. It protects the crops from pests or insects and can be used on different crops. It improves the quality of the crops and makes it pest-free. It also protects the crops from various diseases that insects can cause. In the Beauveria Bassiana fungus, small reproductive cells called Conidia are found in the soil. These Conidia produce enzymes that allow them to break through an insect’s skin. Once inside the insect, the fungus releases harmful substances called Beauvericin and Oosporin, which weaken the insect’s immune system. As the fungus grows, it fills the insect’s entire body cavity. The infected insects show symptoms such as restlessness, loss of appetite, and lack of coordination before eventually dying. Soil Application: Mix 2 kg of daman Wp in 200 kg of well-decomposed fym/compost/field soil and broadcast on 1 acre of land at the time of field preparation or in a standing crop.
