Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Care team to submit a cancellation request. Please note that a cancellation request will only be considered valid once it has been reviewed and confirmed by our respective department.


2. Cancellation Time Limit

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.


3. Refund Processing

If an order paid through online payment is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise stated.


4. Charges & Deductions

Important: Applicable deductions may apply depending on the order status:

  • Before Dispatch:
    A 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • After Dispatch (In Transit):
    A 3% payment gateway fee plus courier charges (forward and return shipping) will be deducted from the refund.
